Strategic Management and Educational Dynamics of Islamic Boarding Schools in Banten

This study aims to understand the application of strategic management and dynamics in three Islamic boarding schools Banten. research method is qualitative with a case approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, triangulation, field notes, member verification. analysis carried out using descriptive methods deductive inductive techniques. The results showed that by these were as follows; prepare system can provide an exemplary role for all levels within school stakeholders school; equal roles responsibilities human resources schools; organize student activities optimally; example environment environment; cottage.
