Strategic analysis of startup ecosystem in Iran’s agricultural sector

This study aimed to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) encountered by Iranian agriculture startups ecosystem. The was performed in two steps. In first step, a list of SWOT agricultural ecosystem identified via interviews with 15 key experts. second each points ranked form structured questionnaire through 5-point Likert scale 50 actors. findings showed that position startup is defensive zone. Five strategies were prioritized using QSPM method exit this area improve situation. proposed action plans related five can be used as practical guide for policy makers existing results could cover lack comprehensive scientific empirical analysis, focus on context, provide basis further studies area.
