STRATEGI SEFT (SPIRITUAL EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE) DALAM MENANGGULANGI PEROKOK AKTIF PADA REMAJA

Seluruh pihak sependapat bahwa rokok dapat merugikan banyak hal dan orang, bungkus sudah memasang berbagai himbauan agar orang tidak merokok atau sekedar berpikir efek dari yang terparah yaitu menyebabkan kematian, akan tetapi masih menentukan untuk membeli merokok. Fenomena remaja merupakan bukan suatu baru semakin tahun perokok jumlahnya meningkat mengkhawatirkan. Maka itu sangat diperlukan sebuah metode therapy menghilangkan kecanduan para remaja. Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) diyakini solusi tepat pada khususnya. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah memberitahukan hasil penerapan Strategi Seft (Spiritual Emosional Technique) dalam menanggulangi aktif dikalangan Metode quasi experimental dengan model pretest posttest sampel sebanyak 13 berstatus pelajar berada rentang usia – 16 Hasil menyatakan terdapat 12 data negatif (N) artinya ke peserta “siswa” perilaku merokoknya menurun nilai pre test post test. Besaran rata-rata penurunan adalah 6.50. Adapun 78.00 rengking negatif/Sum of Ranks. Berdasarkan output “Test Statitics” Asymp Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,002. Nilai 0,002 lebih kecil daripada < 0,05 sehingga disimpulkan mengalami perbedaan ditarik kesimpulan “terapi seft menurunkan remaja”.
