Storage Ratio of CO2 Miscible Flooding in Chang 8 Reservoir of H Block in Ordos Basin Under Different Injection Methods

Carbon dioxide is a typical kind of greenhouse gases, and the oil gas field recovery ratio could be significantly improved by injecting it into formation. The main goal to increase in early stage studying injection miscible flooding. With advancement “carbon neutral” strategy China, application CO 2 flooding technology, which aims enhance Chinese oilfields, has been further expanded. development concept needs change from simply improving both storage ratio. In current research, people mainly focus on improvement factor, less attention paid underground . order study relationship between displacement efficiency situation, this paper innovatively combines amount with factor. A number parameters under different methods area were calculated, providing new research angle for displacement. Take Chang 8 reservoir Block H Ordos Basin as an example. Firstly, minimum miscibility pressure (MMP) at formation temperature was measured slim tube experiment according status judge area. Then, numerical simulation model established, historical fitting completed existing test wells. used flooding, including rates, sequences, bottom hole pressures. results show that MMP 12.65 14.80 MPa, means state high efficiency. 5–40 t/d rate 54.02% 64.38% after 20 years, larger when 10 t/d. combination capacity recommended single well 20–30 years sequences 57.69%–61.27%. It suggested should injected water alternately injection. When continuous used, production pressures 54.95% 59.82%. flow maintained 9 MPa. factor affects annual rate. Gas rate, sequence, wells will all have impact overall And alternate quite significant. From perspective ratio, optimal method optimized area, provides reference implementation technology mines.
