چکیده

AbstractAim Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) is a common neurodevelopmental disorder usually diagnosed at primary-school-age. This systematic review aimed to summarize available standardized motor assessments before five years of age predicting DCD, complex Minor Neurological (cMND) and delay assessed by test. Methods A search was performed in MEDLINE, CINAHL, WoS, Scopus, CENTRAL ERIC. hand executed. Only data non-Cerebral Palsy children included. Results At or two years, the BSID, subtests GMDS, NOMAS, NSMDA might be valuable detecting school-aged delay, while starting three PDMS, NSDMA, M-ABC-2, CAMPB show promising results. General movements Assessment associated with cMND, but does not seem sensitive enough detect DCD. Predictive values are superior high-risk groups improve as age. However, no assessment instrument reached 80% sensitivity specificity. Conclusion Standardized early problems. More longitudinal research commencing infancy, including multiple over time implementation clear diagnostic criteria imperative.

Motor Load in Dcd

Previous research has reported mixed findings regarding executive function (EF) abilities in developmental coordination disorder (DCD), which is diagnosed on the basis of significant impairments in motor skills. The current study aimed to assess whether these differences in study outcomes could result from the relative motor loads of the tasks used to assess EF in DCD. Children with DCD had sig...
