<abstract><p>Traffic waves, known also as stop-and-go waves or phantom jams, appear naturally traffic instabilities, in confined environments a ring-road. A multi-population is studied on ring-road, comprised of drivers with stable and unstable behavior. There exists critical penetration rate vehicles above which the system stable, under unstable. In latter case, appear, provided enough cars are road. The explicitly computable, and, reasonable situations, small minority aggressive to destabilize an otherwise very flow. This source instability that single population model would not be able explain. Also, can below if number sufficiently small. Instability emerges increases, even density remains same (i.e., road size increase similarly). shows experiments could lead deducing imprecise stability conditions.</p></abstract>
