Spread spectrum modulation recognition based on phase diagram entropy

Wireless communication technologies are undergoing intensive study and experiencing accelerated progress which leads to a large increase in the number of end-users. Because this, radio spectrum has become more crowded than ever. These previously mentioned aspects lead urgent need for reliable intelligent systems that can improve efficiency. Specifically, modulation scheme recognition occupies crucial position civil military application, especially with emergence Software Defined Radio (SDR). The is an indispensable task while performing sensing Cognitive (CR). Spread (SS) techniques represent foundation design systems. In this work, we propose new method characterization modulations capable providing relevant information process type modulations. Using proposed approach, results higher 90% obtained classification process, thus bringing advantage over classical methods, whose performance below 75%.
