Splitting up Dhaka city: rationales, challenges and prospects as a sustainable city

The objective of this study is to analyse the rationales, challenges and prospects Dhaka City being split up, for purposes creating a sustainable city grounded in relevant theories widely used accepted standards. We cited opinions urban planners politicians referred standards achieve objective. An assessment divided accordance with concept development strategies (CDS) reveals considerable deficiencies most aspects public goods services provisions. Whilst splitting into separate sections supports World Hypothesis it not without criticisms. Resource constraint oversight address those make very difficult Dhaka's authorities urbanisation. Therefore, stringent decisions appropriate should be implemented by Bangladeshi government resolve these mismanagement both liveable sustainable.
