Spin-Orbit Torque in Structures With Magnetization-Compensated MnGa/Co<sub>2</sub>MnSi Bilayer

We have systematically investigated the spin-orbit torque (SOT)-induced effective magnetic field in a structure consisting of Ta heavy metal layer and an antiferromagnetically coupled Mn 1.8 Ga xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">1 /Co xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2 MnSi (CMS) bilayer around magnetization compensation point by varying CMS film thickness. The efficiency SOT generation takes maximum point, it is approximately six times as large compared with that devices MnGa single structure. enhancement can be explained mainly reduction saturation moment point. Moreover, significant spin Hall angle was observed because inversion configuration before after
