The spherical fuzzy sets were recently developed among various to handle the hesitancy representation issue in multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems, where experts provide information about attributes form of numbers using linguistic variables. main purpose this study is develop a novel approach integrating Delphi Technique for Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution based on (SF-Delphi and SF-TOPSIS). First, SF-Delphi technique suggested derive valid set critical qualitative preferences. Second, SF-TOPSIS utilized rank alternatives different aggregating operators. Hence, validate effectiveness proposed methodology, an empirical case package tour provider selection given. Seventeen related four dimensions (price, service quality, technology, location) shortlisted validated from literature expert opinions. Ten potential providers Vietnam ranked study. A comparative analysis was conducted check methodology’s robustness validity. results indicated that may become very helpful dealing with factors, could be applied decision problems uncertain data environments. Furthermore, research’s findings imply operators should emphasize most increase appeal competitiveness their products.
