چکیده
In this study it is presented the application of spectroscopic methods, such as fluorescence and attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared analysis for identification detection secondary metabolite specially, hyoscine, organic functional groups from dry biomass Datura innoxia vegetative organs. The experimental results confirmed presence some important classes metabolites useful in medicine domain, e.g., alkaloids, terpenes, phenolics, sterols, carbohydrates. Regarding study, maximum excitation wavelengths hyoscine were found to be 345 nm (1-butanol ethanol). Moreover, showed all structural units which according with other studies.

Tropane alkaloids of Datura innoxia from Morocco.
Fifty three alkaloids were identified in the organs (roots, stems, leaves, flowers, and seeds) of Datura innoxia by GC/MS. Seventeen of them are reported for the first time for this species and one nor-derivative, 3-phenylacetoxynortropane (28), for the genus Datura. Furthermore, four new tropane esters were tentatively identified as 3-acetoxy-6,7-epoxytropane (acetylscopine) (10), 3-acetoxy-6-...

The kinetics of tropane alkaloids accumulation in different organs such as roots, leaves, stems, flowers and seeds of Datura innoxia was investigated by GC-MS. Twenty-six tropane alkaloids were detected. The ester derivatives of tropine (3alpha-tigloyloxytropine and 3-tigloyloxy-6-hydroxytropine) are the major compounds. Undifferentiated callus were established from the stem explants of Datura ...

BACKGROUND Datura (family- Solanaceae), has a long history of being used as herbal medicine. These medicinal effects have been attributed to the phytochemicals present in the plant leaves and seeds, in particular alkaloids, flavonoids and phenolic compounds. The objective of this study was to investigate the methanolic leaf and seed extracts of Datura innoxia (DLP-I & DSP-I) and Datura metel (D...
