Spectrophotometric determination of Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride, Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride and Roxithromycin Hydrochloride in Pure Form

A straightforward, sensitive, and quick spectrophotometric approach was created validated for the detection of Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, Moxifloxacin Roxithromycin hydrochloride in pure form. These techniques were based upon fact that these antibiotics produced dark yellow ion pairs when combined with bromophenol blue. The binary complex universal buffer solution optimum pH values demonstrated at absorption maxima 633 nm, 632 nm three drugs, respectively, Various parameters, such as effect time reagent concentration, optimized. Beer’s law plots obeyed concentration ranges 2– 8 µg ml-1, 1– 4 6 limits found to be 1.65, 0.83 0.79 μg mL-1, correlation coefficient value suggests all systems are linearly consistent.
