Specificity of long-term management of a woman patient of reproductive age after surgical mitral valve repair against the background of infective endocarditis

As a clinical case, we present the "portrait" of woman patient with acquired mitral valve (MV) defect against background infective endocarditis which was diagnosed during third trimester pregnancy. The underwent replacement surgery biological prosthesis "KemKor" followed by two successful deliveries. In 18 years after correction defect, she developed dysfunction therefore, endovascular transcatheter implantation bioprosthesis method "prosthesis-into-prosthesis" in position. This case is unique terms reasoning choice to correct MV reproductive age, long-term period functioning and further using techniques implantation.
