Species Diversity of Bivalves and Gastropods at the Tanjung Rising Coastal, Bangka Belitung Island

Tanjung Rising Coastal, located in Dendang Village, Bangka Belitung Islands, has a large variety of substrates and organisms. One the types marine life studied is Mollusk Phylum including Bivalve Gastropod classes. To find out diversity Bivalvia Gastropoda, this study was carried on Islands. The conducted December 2020-August 2021, using belt transect method with purposive sampling technique. Samples were collected at station 1 sandy substrate 2 muddy substrate. results found 1,372 individuals from class consisting 7 families 12 species, while yielded 2,630 5 species. evenness index both stations relatively low which means that there are species dominate, because have good habitats for dominating In addition, temperature, pH, salinity, depth, strong currents showed values Gastropoda habitat. summary, Beach still habitat invertebrate animals, especially Gastropoda.
