چکیده
The dynamics of land surface temperature (LST) in Afghanistan the period 2000–2021 were investigated, and impact factors such as soil moisture, precipitation, vegetation coverage on LST was assessed. remotely sensed moisture data from Land Data Assimilation System (FLDAS), precipitation Climate Hazards Group Infra-Red Precipitation with Station (CHIRPS), NDVI Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) used. correlations between these analyzed using regression method. result shows that has a slightly decreasing but insignificant trend during study (R = 0.2, p-value 0.25), while coverage, had an increasing trend. It revealed highest ?0.71, 0.0007), explain almost 80% spring (R2 0.73) summer 0.76) variability Afghanistan. analysis performed separately for Afghanistan’s river subbasins Amu Darya subbasin upward period, Kabul subbasin, downward.

Spatio-temporal variability in remotely sensed land surface temperature, and its relationship with physiographic variables in the Russian Altay Mountains
Spatio-temporal variability in energy fluxes at the earth’s surface implies spatial and temporal changes in observed Land Surface Temperatures (LST). These fluxes are largely determined by variation in meteorological conditions, surface cover and soil characteristics. Consequently, a change in these parameters will be reflected in a different temporal LST behavior which can be observed by remot...
متن کاملModelling directional effects on remotely sensed land surface temperature
Article history: Received 7 May 2016 Received in revised form 10 November 2016 Accepted 13 December 2016 Available online 20 December 2016 Land surface temperature (LST) is a markedly directional variable and its remotely sensedmeasurement may be strongly affected by viewing and illumination geometries. This study proposes the use of LST products collocated in space and time, but obtained with ...

Spatio-temporal variability of aerosol characteristics in Iran using remotely sensed datasets
The present study is the first attempt to examine temporal and spatial characteristics of aerosol properties and classify their modes over Iran. The data used in this study include the records of Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD) and Angstrom Exponent (AE) from MODerate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) and Aerosol Index (AI) from the Ozone Monitoring Instrument (OMI), obtained from 2005 t...
