Span-Based Event Coreference Resolution

Motivated by the recent successful application of span-based models to entity-based information extraction tasks, we investigate for event coreference resolution, focusing on determining (1) whether successes entity can be extended coreference; (2) exploiting dependency between and related subtask trigger detection; (3) automatically computed benefit resolution. Empirical results standard evaluation dataset provide affirmative answers all three questions.
