چکیده

A field experiment was conducted during winter (rabi) seasons of 2020-21, 2021-22 at Research farm, seed technology research center, Department Plant Physiology, College Agriculture, JNKVV, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh to study the response sowing time, plant growth regulators and their application scheduling on quality traits wheat. The consisting 3 dates (D1-15th November, D2-15th December, D3 - 15th January), Spray different stages (A1-Vegetative stage, A2-Anthesis A3-Vegetative + Anthesis stage) 7 Growth Regulators (H1: Cycocel @1000 ppm, H2: Salicylic acid@400ppm, H3: acid@800ppm, KCl@1%, H4: Ascorbic acid@10ppm, H5: Thiourea@400ppm, H6: Water spray H7: Control) making 63 treatment combinations, replicated thrice in a split plot design. crop sown normal time showed significantly positive affect wheat than late crop. Spraying salicylic acid@400ppm 800ppm along with other have effect improve germination %, seedling length, dry weight, vigour index I II

Response of Spring Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Quality Traits and Yield to Sowing Date

The unpredictability and large fluctuation of the climatic conditions in rainfed regions do affect spring wheat yield and grain quality. These variations offer the opportunity for the production of better quality wheat. The effect of variable years, locations and sowing managements on wheat grain yield and quality was studied through field experiments using three genotypes, three locations for ...

Stability of four Croatian bread winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars for quality traits

Stability of breadmaking quality of four Croatian bread winter wheat cultivars was investigated using rheological traits from the farinogram (dough development time, stability, degree of soening, water absorption, Hankoczy quality number) and the extensogram (extensibility, maximum resistance, ratio of resistance to extensibility, energy) and the indirect traits (protein content, wet gluten co...

Induced Mutations in Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) CV. ‘Kharchia 65’ for Reduced Plant Height and Improve Grain Quality Traits

Through mutagenesis with gamma rays, mutants characterized by reduced plant height, square head, awnless ear, amber seed colour, bold seeds and storage capacities were induced in bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L) cv. Kharchia 65. The were isolated in M generation; derived from 10, 20, 30 and 40 kR of gamma 2 rays treated M population. In the M generation, some, progenies with morphological muta...

The wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) leaf proteome.

The wheat leaf proteome was mapped and partially characterized to function as a comparative template for future wheat research. In total, 404 proteins were visualized, and 277 of these were selected for analysis based on reproducibility and relative quantity. Using a combination of protein and expressed sequence tag database searching, 142 proteins were putatively identified with an identificat...

Nutrient Uptake, Growth and Yield of Wheat (triticum Aestivum L.) as Affected by Manganese Application

The study was carried out for two consecutive years (2005-06 to 2006-07) to evaluate the wheat response to five different levels (0, 4, 8, 12 and 16 kg ha) of manganese (Mn) alongwith 150-100-60 kg NPK ha application. The experiment was laid out in randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three repeats under irrigated conditions at Agriculture Research Farm Karor, District Layyah. NPK was a...
