چکیده
This study investigated the effects of accidental contamination soils with phenol, toluene, nitric acid, and hydrogen fluoride (HF) by simulating chemical leakage in soil with/without rain characterizing resulting metabolites microbial. In case acid leakage, pH cation exchange capacity were decreased, content ion was increased HF leakage. Using mass spectrometry-based metabolomics analysis, phytosphingosine detected as a distinguishing metabolite contaminated phenol conditions. Microbial communities identified 16s rRNA metagenome sequencing. Sphingomonas one dominant species HF. These results suggest that might be used biomarkers to evaluate status or Under simulated conditions, alpha-diversity index microbes physicochemical properties indicated values close those uncontaminated soil. Rain played an important role recovery microbial metabolic profiles after accidents. Metabolic profiling community analysis can serve diagnostic tool for ecotoxicological research at accident sites.

Evaluation of Methyl Bromide Alternatives Efficacy against Soil-Borne Pathogens, Nematodes and Soil Microbial Community
Methyl bromide (MB) and other alternatives were evaluated for suppression of Fusarium spp., Phytophthora spp., and Meloidogyne spp. and their influence on soil microbial communities. Both Fusarium spp. and Phytophthora spp. were significantly reduced by the MB (30.74 mg kg-1), methyl iodide (MI: 45.58 mg kg-1), metham sodium (MS: 53.92 mg kg-1) treatments. MS exhibited comparable effectiveness ...
متن کاملGeoChip profiling of microbial community in response to global changes simulated by soil transplant and cropping
Microbe plays an important role in driving biogeochemical cycles, thus it is of great interest to understand microbial responses and feedbacks to global changes. We have recently analyzed functional potentials of soil microbial community via a high-throughput, microarray-based metagenomic tool named GeoChip 3.0 to illustrate microbial responses to global changes simulated by soil transplant and...
متن کاملDynamics of Panax ginseng Rhizospheric Soil Microbial Community and Their Metabolic Function
The bacterial communities of 1- to 6-year ginseng rhizosphere soils were characterized by culture-independent approaches, random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD), and amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis (ARDRA). Culture-dependent method (Biolog) was used to investigate the metabolic function variance of microbe living in rhizosphere soil. Results showed that significant genetic and met...
متن کاملAn Integrated Study to Analyze Soil Microbial Community Structure and Metabolic Potential in Two Forest Types
Soil microbial metabolic potential and ecosystem function have received little attention owing to difficulties in methodology. In this study, we selected natural mature forest and natural secondary forest and analyzed the soil microbial community and metabolic potential combing the high-throughput sequencing and GeoChip technologies. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA sequencing showed tha...
