Soft Sensor of Heating Extraction Steam Flow Rate Based on Frequency Complementary Information Fusion for CHP Plant

چکیده

Heating extraction steam (HEXTR) flow rate is the key parameter to determine heat load of a combined and power (CHP) plant safe operation area turbine CHP plant. Due difficulty direct measurement, soft measurement method this proposed. First, three calculation methods based on different principles are given: Flügel formula method, butterfly valve characteristics improvement balance characteristic method. Then, soft-sensing through frequency complementary information fusion proposed combine advantages methods. The specific algorithm uses as static model, correct coefficient in realize dynamic compensation. Finally, sensor applied monitoring system typical 330 MW actual operating data shows that relative error less than 1% response fast change.
