Socialization and Organizational Culture as Correlates of Work Engagement of Government Employees

This paper determined the interrelationship between socialization, organizational culture and work engagement among government employees in Davao del Norte. The researcher employed a descriptive-correlational method, mean Pearson-r were used data treatment. Adapted survey questionnaires to 340 respondents who are permanent, casual, job-order Local Government Unit of Panabo. selection study participants was done through stratified sampling. Statistical findings showed very high levels participants. Further, results revealed significant relationship engagement, socialization engagement.
