چکیده
The number of research papers interested in studying the social dimension supply chain sustainability and resilience is increasing literature. However, complex, with several uncertainty variables that cannot be expressed a traditional Boolean logic totally true or false. To cope uncertainty, Fuzzy Logic allows development models to obtain crisp values from concept fuzzy linguistic variables. Using Structural Equation Model by Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) Evolutionary Knowledge, this aims analyze predictive power characteristics on performance context COVID-19 pandemic representative cases Mexico Chile. We validate our approach using Chile database for training model testing. knowledge has more than 80%, features as inputs regarding disruption. knowledge, no works literature use evolutionary study correlation resilience. Moreover, proposed only one does not require priori expert systematic mathematical setup.

Ongoing Social Sustainability Compliance Monitoring in Supply Chains
Social sustainability issues such as child labour at a supplier pose significant reputational risk for companies. Therefore, many companies now require that suppliers follow certain standards or codes of conduct. However, in today’s complex supply chains with hundreds of sourcing locations, ongoing monitoring of compliance through audits for every supplier is hardly practical. Consequently, an ...
متن کاملFuzzy revenue efficiency in sustainable supply chains
The performance assessment of supply chains including sustainability dimensions of economic, environmental and social is a significant aspect for managers and decision makers. Furthermore, imprecise data are presented in many real world applications. Therefore, the current paper proposes an approach based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) to analyze the revenue efficiency of sustainable supply...

Disasters whether natural or man-made occur from time to time and are accompanied by financial and human casualties. Their harmful effects are sometimes immense mostly on the poor, the illiterate, and marginalized people. This condition may be worsened when the governments have no financial support for the poor to save their lives.
متن کاملThe role of Big Data in explaining disaster resilience in supply chains for sustainability
The purpose of this paper is to propose and test a theoretical framework to explain resilience in supply chain networks for sustainability using unstructured Big Data, based upon 36,422 items gathered in the form of tweets, news, Facebook, WordPress, Instagram, Google+, and YouTube, and structured data, via responses from 205 managers involved in disaster relief activities in the aftermath of N...

This project was conceived more as a collaborative study than as comparative research in the strict sense. The emphasis was on national studies, not on comparison among countries. Given the exploratory nature of the research, each national study had great freedom to define, conceptually and empirically, the "field" of social policy, thus acknowledging the complexity and ubiquity of the concept ...
