Recently the issue of social protection floor (SPF) has gained a strong momentum at International Labour Organisation (ILO) and World Health (WHO) meetings. A series discussions are going on in ILO for comprehensive instrument form non-binding recommendation providing basic benefits all. SPF is considered as powerful national level addressing permanent human crisis. In this regard present paper attempts to examine concept its significance. The based secondary sources data.
