Social involvement of enterprises, i.e., sharing wealth with those in need, can be spoken only the case owner-managed family firms (FB). These companies account for two-thirds all enterprises global economy; they contribute to stability, development, and continuity existence economies many countries. However, sustainability individual FBs is often threatened. engagement owners preparation successors are appropriate retort as affect transgenerational these enterprises.
