Social housing in Spain has its origin the first Cheap Houses Law that was promulgated 1911, trying to provide a solution need for working class who flocked cities waves of migration from rural areas. Since then, legislative initiatives have been taking place mitigate problem. Each one them contributing elements presumably contributed hygiene and habitability house without forgetting economic conditions. At moment, there is large real estate park inherited these initiatives. In many cases, are neighborhoods currently show notable energy social vulnerability. Aware adapt homes regulatory requirements related efficiency, comfort physical technical characteristics construction, Research Centers developing multiple investigations aimed at favoring adaptability improving quality life inhabitants.
