ﺤﻀـرت أﻏﺸـﻴﺔ SnO 2 وأﻏﺸـﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺸـوﺒﺔ ﺒــ Ag O اﻟرﻗﻴﻘـﺔ وﺒﺎﻟﻨﺴـب
 
 اﻟوزﻨﻴـﺔ (%٥ ٬%٣) ﺒﺎﺴـﺘﺨدام طرﻴﻘـﺔ اﻟﺘرﺴـﻴب اﻟﻛﻴﻤﻴــﺎﺌﻲ اﻟﺤـ ارري ﻋﻠـﻰ ﻗواﻋـد ﻤــن
 زﺠﺎج اﻟﺒوروﺴﻠﻴﻛﺎت ﻋﻨد درﺠﺔ ﺤ اررة .( ٥٠٠ ºC )
 ﺘﻤـت د ارﺴـﺔ ﻨﻤـط ﺤﻴـود اﻷﺸـﻌﺔ اﻟﺴـﻴﻨﻴﺔ ﻟﻸﻏﺸـﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺤﻀـرة وﺒـدرﺠﺎت ﺤـ اررة
 ﺘﻠـــدﻴن ٥٤٠ ٬ ٥٨٠ ٦٢٠) إذ أظﻬـــرت ﻨﺘـــﺎﺌﺞ ﺤﻴـــود اﻻﺸـــﻌﺔ اﻟﺴـــﻴﻨﻴﺔ أن
 اﻷﻏﺸﻴﺔ ذات ﺘرﻛﻴب ﺒﻠوري ﻤﺘﻌدد اﻟﺘﺒﻠور.
 اﺸﺘﻤﻠت اﻟد ارﺴﺔ ﺘﺄﺜﻴر اﻟﺘﻠدﻴن ﻋﻠﯩﻔﺠوة اﻟطﺎﻗﺔ اﻟﻤﻤﻨوﻋﺔ ﻟﻼﻨﺘﻘﺎﻻت
 اﻟﻼﻟﻛﺘروﻨﻴـﺔ اﻟﻤﺒﺎﺸـرة ﺘﺒـﻴن ان زﻴـﺎدة درﺠـﺔ اﻟﺘﻠـدﻴن ﺘﺴـﺒﺒت ﻓـﻲ ﻨﻘﺼـﺎن ﻓﺠـوة
 اﻟﻤﻤﻨوﻋﺔ.
