چکیده
Proteomic mapping of cell surfaces is an invaluable tool for drug development and clinical diagnostics. This work describes a new ‘snapshot imprinting’ method designed to obtain proteomic maps surfaces, with the aim identifying surface markers epitopes diagnostic therapeutic applications. The analysis two cancer lines, HN5 MDA-MB-468, described herein as proof concept, along selective targeting three identified epidermal growth factor receptor using molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles. 438 proteins were this technique, 283 considered be transmembrane or extracellular proteins. major advantage molecular imprinting approach developed here ability analyse without tedious fractionation, affinity separation labelling. We believe that system protein may provide basic diagnostics toolbox precise, personalised treatment other diseases.

Molecular Imprinting Technology (MIT) is a technique to design artificial receptors with a predetermined selectivity and specificity for a given analyte, which can be used as ideal materials in various application fields. Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIPs), the polymeric matrices obtained using the imprinting technology, are robust molecular recognition elements able to mimic natural recogni...
متن کاملComputational Design of Molecularly Imprinted Polymers
Artificial receptors have been in use for several decades as sensor elements, in affinity separation, and as models for investigation of molecular recognition . Although there have been numerous publications on the use of molecular modeling in characterization of their affinity and selectivity, very few attempts have been made on the application of molecular modeling in computational design of ...

Artificial neural network (ANN) implementing the back-propagation algorithm was applied for the calculation of the imprinting factors (IF) of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) as a function of the computed molecular descriptors of template and functional monomer molecules and mobile phase descriptors. The dataset used in our study were obtained from the literature and classified into two dis...
