SmartISM: Implementation and Assessment of Interpretive Structural Modeling

Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) is a technique to establish the interrelationships between elements of interest in specific domain through experts’ knowledge context elements. This has been applied numerous domains and list continues grow due its simplistic concept, while sustainability taken lead. The partially automated or manual application this prone errors as witnessed literature series mathematical steps higher-order computing complexity. Therefore, work proposes develop an end-to-end graphical software, SmartISM, implement ISM MICMAC (Matrice d’Impacts Croisés Multiplication Appliquée á un Classement (cross-impact matrix multiplication classification)), generally along with classify variables. Further, scoping review conducted study applications previous studies using Denyer Tranfield’s (2009) framework newly developed SmartISM.
