چکیده

The chapter is a systematic literature review of fundamental theories about small and medium business (SME) success. examines how they specifically impact digital SMEs. examined six theories: dynamic capability view (DCV), composition-based firm growth (CBV), resource-based (RBV), resource dependence theory (RDT), upper echelon (UET), strategic contingency (SCT). results showed that RBV, DCV, UET become relevant in articulating the value inherent to internal resources SMEs (which render their capabilities dynamic). In contrast, SCT framework RDT model show more significance relation uncertainty contingency. CBV was found be pertinent predict success support CBV's hypothesis (including SMEs) are able competitive without extensive advantage, too complicated technologies, or market power. increased deployment can advocated as critical determinant SME
