Abstract Stokes drag on axially symmetric bodies vibrating slowly along the axis of symmetry placed under a uniform transverse flow Newtonian fluid is calculated. The revolution are considered with condition continuously turning tangent. results sphere, spheroid, deformed egg-shaped body, cycloidal Cassini oval, and hypocycloidal body found to be new. numerical values frictional needle shaped flat circular disk calculated as particular cases sphere.
