چکیده
The main goal of this article is to analyse post-medieval slipware found during archaeological excavations in Tykocin Castle and describe its distinguishing features: decorative characteristics forms. Further considerations are aimed at reconstructing the functions vessels castle household throughout 16th 18th centuries attempting determine their provenance. analysis preceded by list terminological problems pertaining pottery group Polish literature as well elementary information on production centres Poland against European background.
