چکیده

Electroencephalogram (EEG) recording is essential in the evaluation of complex movement and behaviors during sleep, but particular for differentiating epileptic versus nonepileptic events. In general, epileptiform discharges occur with greater density first few nonerapid eye cycles, approximately 12% to 20% seizures exclusively at night. This review examines epilepsy types syndromes whose presentation strongly influenced by sleep state, an appraisal about role that plays facilitating seizures, while deleaneatign EEG findings clinical manifestation. The will summarize typical semiology sleep-related hypermotor contrasted those occurring none/rapid parasomnias disorders.
