The priority scale in the use of village funds is an effort to take into account needs during planning process and when budget used. Its implementation must be relevant community needs. Determining will face problems if it gets intervention from regional head. This study aims identify for by Government Regulation Number 60 2014 concerning Village Funds. research a descriptive qualitative type. focuses are Kendal, Demak, Semarang Regency. Data were collected through interviews Focus Group Discussions (FGD). results show that determination based on each region. Regency directed towards physical development; Demak at governance, development, empowerment communities; while Kendal development. recommends there need identification program mapping existing local area, necessary carry out supervision synchronize APBDesa with as well follow up monitoring report, include cadres team oversees suitability fund proposals against funds.
