Site Selection and Layout of Material Reserve Based on Emergency Demand Graduation under Large-Scale Earthquake

Reasonable siting layout of reserve emergency supplies plays a critical role in rapid response and accurate rescue after disaster. People’s life safety health, as well the psychological satisfaction brought by government’s excellent level, is an important guarantee for maintaining social stability sustainable development. Based on coverage model, considering demand graduation, this paper develops bi-objective optimization model to determine optimal location plan graduated maximizing minimizing number warehouses. A heuristic multi-center clustering algorithm designed solve model. This applied prepositioning earthquake affected area Sichuan province, China verify effectiveness algorithm. Finally, discusses influence graduation supplies. The results show that reasonable planning different levels can effectively improve satisfaction.
