Sister Mary Joseph Nodule is an eponymous term referring to umbilical nodule harbouring malignant metastatic cancer. It a physical finding that uncommon yet significant since it indicates the late manifestation of variety deep-seated abdominopelvic malignancies. This review article briefly revisits historical background, epidemiology, anatomical routes metastasis, clinical presentation, differential diagnosis, diagnostic work-up, significance and prognosis Joseph’s nodule.
