Pengurus Masjid Al-Mu’minun Mapolda Papua melakukan manajemen seluruh aktivitas yang ada di dalam masjid terdiri dari: surat masuk dan keluar, aset peminjaman oleh sekretaris, kas keluar bendahara, penerimaan zakat penyaluran amil zakat. Namun terdapat beberapa kekurangan tersebut seperti belum pencatatan atau rekapitulasi digunakan membuat laporan pertanggungjawaban pengurus masjid. Maka dari itu perlu adanya sebuah sistem dapat Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) sebagai alur pengembangan sistem. Dengan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Flowmap, Flowchart, Unified Modelling Language (UML) tools analisis maupun perancangannya.
