Simulation of CO2 heat pump air conditioning system for new energy vehicle

The CO2 heat pump air conditioning system of new energy vehicle is designed, and the model module management established based on KULI simulation. effects refrigerant charge, running time compressor speed studied, consumption compared with PTC heating without waste recovery. results show that optimal charge for full-service operation 750 g; increasing can increase cooling capacity, so temperature in passenger compartment battery inlet quickly reach appropriate temperature, but COPh, COPc are reduced by 2.5% 1.8% respectively. By comparing it systems recovery, found this only 42.5%, recovery carbon dioxide 86.6%. It greatly saves energy, also increased function, supply 26%, improve cabin comfort. This provides a reference future experimental research system.
