Simulation-based analytical design for aluminium recycling processing plant

Indiscriminate disposal of beverage cans as waste poses a great threat to the environment, causing flooding, landfill, and blockage drainages, leading land pollution sometimes accident. Hence, there is need design system capable converting these wastes into usable products. In this study, simulation-based analytical for aluminum recycling processing plant was carried out ascertain efficiency reliability before fabrication using finite element analysis (FEA) approach. The simulation results revealed lesser maximum stress 6.323 MPa furnace outer casing under action load with displacement 0.0795 mm. machine components less than yield strength selected materials, making fit workable. agree numerical analysis; hence conceptual based on evaluation. After simulation, designed process parts are found be negligible deflection which far below chosen materials.
