Significance and perspectives of telocytes in lung diseases

چکیده
Telocytes (TCs) are a type of interstitial cells with essential roles in regenerative medicine. TCs spatially exist the stem cell niche and considered ‘stem helper cell’. Mesenchymal stromal therapy has been widely used treating lung diseases, while there is increasing evidence from preclinical studies to show beneficial effects support smooth muscle treat by releasing paracrine factors, exosomes, microvesicles. There still limitations challenges be overcome for TCs-based translational medicine clinical applications, developing new methods improving therapeutic strategies. The present review overviews historical development, morphology spatialization, biomarker specificity values, biological functions, on as well potential mechanisms future perspectives diseases. exert asthma acute injury repairing injured tissues angiogenesis, factors exosomes.

Telocytes and lung disease.
Telocytes (TCs) represent a new distinct type of interstitial cells found in many organs, including lungs. TCs are mainly defined by a small cellular body from which arise very long (hundreds of micrometers) extensions named telopodes. During the last years, TCs were characterized in respect with their microRNA profiles, gene features and proteome signatures. Also, the ultrastructural 3D config...
متن کاملLong non-coding RNAs and their significance in human diseases
Protein-coding genes account for only a small fraction of the human genome and most of the genomic sequences are transcriptionally silent, but recent observations indicate significant functional elements, including non-coding protein transcripts in the human genome. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been defined as transcripts of >200 nucleotides without protein-coding capacity that perform t...
متن کاملpostnatal studies of bats (pipistrellus kuhlii and miniopterus schreibersii) & histomorphology and histochemistry studies of organs and diseases of (neurergus microspilotus and n. kaiseri)
1. to determine whether difference in birth body mass influenced growth performance in pipistrellus kuhlii we studied a total of 12 captive-born neonates. bats were assigned to two body mass groups: light birth body mass (lbw: 0.89 ± 0.05, n=8) and heavy birth body mass (hbw: 1.35 ± 0.08, n=4). heavier body mass at birth was associated with rapid postnatal growth (body mass and forearm length) ...
The basis of Fluorescing Angiography and Its Diagnostic Significance in Vascular Diseases
Fluoresing photography has become a prominent branch in opthalmology. During the last few years, it gives us dynamic infor-of circulation of the EYE and its pathologieal disorders.By passing the fluoresein through the retinal and choroidal vessels we are able to record the different typesand stages of disease which these are not exactly diagno-sed by ophthalmoscopy and founds photography.By flu...
