چکیده
This paper presents the influence of polyolefin fiber on flexural and shear attitude flat slabs. Three slab sets (80 cm × 80 cm) were tested, each with a thickness 10 cm. In first set (S1), effect content behavior was considered. Therefore, four specimens cast, one which considered as control specimen no content, while other three included fibers at 0.5, 1, 1.5 percent total concrete volume. The second series experiments studied slabs (S2) an opening 15 contained nil polyolefin, 1% polyolefin. third (S3), consideration taken for 0 Polyolefin to realize slab. increase in from 1.5% (for 1) will decrease deflection 4.5 mm 2.3 mm, average 3.58 is close specimen. dimensional models tested simulated numerically via ABAQUS software program. ratio maximum between experimental numerical outcomes varied range 1.01 1.28, 1.14.

This study evaluated the effect of macro steel fiber (SF), micro glass fiber (GF) and micro polypropylene fiber (PF) in lightweight aggregate concrete, (LWAC) beams reinforced with glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) bars. Firstly, concrete mixtures with different volume fractions of GF, PF and SF were tested up to compressive strength, then determine the optimum fiber content GF, PF and SF a...
متن کاملShear Capacity of Reinforced Concrete Flat Slabs Made with High-strength Concrete: A Numerical Study of the Effect of Size, Location, and Shape of the Opening (TECHNICAL NOTE)
Nowadays, concrete with strength higher than 50 MPa is utilized due to the ever increasing need for higher strength and prolonged healing properties. Despite the widespread use of high-strength concrete, only a few research projects have been conducted on the punching shear strength of high-strength concrete slabs. Reinforced concrete flat slabs are widely employed in structural systems. The lo...
متن کاملNumerical Analysis of Punching Shear Failure of Reinforced Concrete Slabs
Nearly no load bearing behaviour of reinforced concrete members allows such varied interpretations and complex discussions as the shear behaviour. Especially the three-dimensional problem of the punching shear failure of reinforced concrete members is internationally discussed. Nevertheless up to now, there is no unified design approach or even an overall accepted design model. Especially for l...
متن کاملPunching shear strength of steel fibre reinforced concrete slabs
The ultimate strength of reinforced concrete slabs is frequently governed by the punching shear capacity, which may be increased with addition of traditional fitments such as reinforcing steel, headed studs or shear heads. In addition to these traditional methods of strengthening against punching, steel fibre reinforcement has proved to be an effective and viable alternative. The addition of fi...
