In this paper, a cylindrical aluminum sample with an eccentric circular hole was prepared, and ultrasonic measurements were carried out by experimental means. The measurement area limited to plane edge perpendicular the axis of component. measured waveform data input into formula approximate correction method, section image obtained using modified Born approximation (MBA) method. Then, three-dimensional (3D) shape defects in reconstructed superimposing cross-sectional images. Results showed that defect reconstruction effect two-dimensional 3D significantly improved MBA
