The unpredictability in time of seismic activities and the dependence tectonic movements on a multitude factors challenges specialists to identify most accurate related methods avoid catastrophes associated with hazards. Early warning systems are critical reducing negative effects case an earthquake magnitude above 5 MW. Their precision is all better as they corroborate transmit more information collected from regional or on-site sensory nodes central unit that discloses events estimates epicentral location, magnitude, ground shaking amplitude. table proper instrument for evaluating early systems’ dynamic response performance under specific vibration conditions. To this issue, paper presents laboratory single-axis small-scale, low-cost design displacement control. Experiments based suite 12 real earthquakes provided results very small errors similar models, bearing out designed suitable system testing high earthquakes.
