چکیده
Background: Although clinical outcome of extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma (ENKTL) has been improved recently, some patients resistant to Asp-based chemotherapy suffered poorer survival. Therefore, reliable and convenient biomarkers become more important. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 1017 ENKTL with available data between December 2003 August 2021. Demographics serum lipid 500 healthy controls were reviewed. The median values at baseline selected as the cutoff for lipid. Results: levels high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low (LDL-C) apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) lower, while triglyceride (TG) was higher in than those age- gender-matched (all p < 0.001). Besides conventional predictive factors, TG (PFS: = 0.017; OS: 0.018) ApoA1 0.007; 0.002) identified independent prognostic factors. Among (or ApoA1) baseline, who exhibited objective responses had a significant decrease increase) after treatment 0.001) (Figure A-B). However, no change or observed without satisfactory response. Compared levels, further increased decreased first-line associated significantly shorter PFS OS C-D). developed validated pre-treatment nomogram containing post-treatment best response E-F). PINK, post-nomogram model proved possess power survival concordance index area under curve (AUC) lower integrated Brier score (IBS) 5-year OS. Subgroup analysis showed that Asp-containing regimens benefits among LDL-C HDL-C Furthermore, comprehensive transcriptome provided evidence intratumoral metabolic disorders dysregulated classical tumor-related signaling pathways, including NOTCH MAPK, G-H) Conclusion: This study suggests is accompanied by dyslipidemia. Baseline trends could contribute risk stratification, disease status monitoring prediction. Patients dyslipidemia also have pathway. متن کاملLMP1 and LMP2A are potential prognostic markers of extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKTL)
BACKGROUND Latent membrane protein (LMP) 1 and LMP2A encoded by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) are associated with the development of malignancies, but their expression in extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKTL) and the relationship with clinical characteristics of this disease remain poorly understood. In the present study, we examined the expression of LMP1 and LMP2A in ENKTL, and investi...
متن کاملmiR-4284 and miR-4484 as Putative Biomarkers for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous small RNA, which can regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. MiRNA profiling has shown a great potential as novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers. The present study was performed at the Nemazee Teaching Hospital (Shiraz, Iran) from 2011 to 2013.The aim of thi...
متن کاملExtranodal Natural-Killer/T-Cell Lymphoma, Nasal Type
The World Health Organization (WHO) classification recognizes 2 main categories of natural killer (NK) cell-derived neoplasms, namely, extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type, and aggressive NK-cell leukaemia. Extranodal nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma is more frequent in the Far East and Latin America. Histopathological and immunophenotypical hallmarks include angiocentricity, angiodestruction, exp...
متن کاملExtranodal Natural Killer/T-Cell Lymphoma: An Incidental Finding
Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTCL) is a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This neoplasm is more prevalent in regions of Asia and Latin America and most commonly involves the sinonasal tract, presenting with signs of nasal obstruction, epistaxis, or sinus infection. It is a locally destructive and angioinvasive neoplasm. The treatment of ENKTCL is dependent on the extent of the ...
