ABSTRACT. Brucellosis is a significant zoonotic disease and endemic in several regions of the world. This study aimed to determine nationwide spatial distribution, seroprevalence, risk factors for Brucella infections Jordan. Serum samples 938 individuals from 11 governorates were tested spp. antibodies using Rose Bengal Brucellacapt ® tests. A validated questionnaire was used collect demographic, animal ownership, food consumption data. The seroprevalence infection Jordan’s population 6.7% (95% CI, 5.2–8.5%). multivariate model showed that location residence, consuming raw milk/milk products, owning small ruminants (goat and/or sheep) significantly associated with seropositivity after controlling age gender.
