Serial Mediation Function Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment on the Effect of Leadership Style and Workplace Wellbeing on Employee Performance

چکیده

The purpose of this study was to analyze the serial mediation function employee involvement and organizational commitment on influence leadership style workplace well-being performance at Satpol PP WH offices in South Aceh Regency. population were all employees Regency, amounting 110 people. sampling technique used for data collection carried out a census technique, namely, entire sampled. Data processing using SPSS ADOs software structural equation model (SEM) technique. results showed that six tested direct hypotheses, them significant effect, except one hypothesis. although magnitude coefficient differs from hypothesis another. insignificant effect is between performance.
