Sentimen Analisis Terhadap Customer Review Produk Shopee Berbasis Wordcloud Dengan Algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier

Review produk merupakan informasi yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan kepercayaan costumer pada marketplace. Pelaku bisnis harus perlu melakukan analisis dari review diberikan oleh customer terhadap evaluasi dan layanan. Dalam penelitian ini metode digunakan menggunakan sentiment analisis. Sentiment analysis salah satu bidang dalan Natural Language Processing membangun sistem mengenali mengestrak opini dalam bentuk teks baik berbagai sumber data internet beragam platform media sosial. Dengan dapat diketahui apa saja kekurangan keunggulan sebuah dengan memahami mengelompokkan sentimen (positif, negative, netral) terdapat tulisan teks. Pada akan dilakukan algoritma naïve bayes menentukan marketplace shopee. Kemudian selanjutnya wordcloud mengetahui positif negative sering costumer. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi pengujian disimpulkan bahwa penerapan efektif efisien layanan melalui atau komentar jumlah dataset besar. Informasi didapatkan menjadi bahan mengoptimalisasikan tersebut guna meningkatkan pelaku
