چکیده
The purpose of this work is to develop a low-cost and high-performance catalyst for the selective catalytic hydrogenation acetylene ethylene. Non-precious metals Cu Ni were selected as active ingredients study. Using ZSM-12 carrier, Cu-Ni bimetallic catalysts CuNix/ZSM-12 (x = 5, 7, 9, 11) with different Ni/Cu ratios prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method. total loading 2 wt%. Under optimal reaction conditions, conversion was 100%, ethylene selectivity 82.48%. CuNi7/ZSM-12 in exhibits good performance semi-hydrogenation low cost has potential industrial application.

TiO2 supported Pd@Ag as highly selective catalysts for hydrogenation of acetylene in excess ethylene.
A novel TiO2 supported core-shell (Pd@Ag) bimetallic catalyst was fabricated via the sequential photodeposition method. The Ag shell effectively blocks the high coordination sites on the Pd core, and therefore pronouncedly enhances the ethylene selectivity for the catalytic hydrogenation of acetylene in excess ethylene.
متن کاملAcetylene and Ethylene Hydrogenation on Alumina Supported Pd-Ag Model Catalysts
Adsorption and co-adsorption of ethylene, acetylene and hydrogen on Pd-Ag particles, supported on thin alumina films, have been studied by temperature programmed desorption (TPD). The TPD results show that adding of Ag to Pd suppresses overall hydrogenat ion activity but increases selectivity towards ethylene, i.e. similar to that observed on real catalysts. The results are rationalized on the ...
متن کاملThe effect of impregnation sequence on the hydrogenation activity and selectivity of supported Pt/Ni bimetallic catalysts
The effect of impregnation sequence on the formation of Pt/Ni bimetallic nanoparticles supported on g-Al2O3 was investigated for catalysts with Pt/Ni atomic ratios of 3/1 and 1/1. These bimetallic catalysts were prepared with a fixed Pt loading (5 wt.%) by incipient impregnation of one metal precursor and calcination, followed by the impregnation of the second metal precursor and a second calci...
متن کاملLigand effect on the rhodium porphyrin catalyzed hydrogenation of [2.2]paracyclophane with water: key bimetallic hydrogenation.
Rhodium porphyrin catalyzed hydrogenation of the aliphatic carbon-carbon σ-bond of [2.2]paracyclophane with water has been examined with a variety of tetraarylporphyrins and axial ligands. Mechanistic investigations show that RhIII(ttp)H, which can be derived from the reaction of [RhII(ttp)]2 with water without a sacrificial reductant, plays an important role in promoting bimetallic reductive e...
