Self-radiation force on a moving monopolar source

چکیده

The radiation force exerted on an object by acoustic wave is a widely studied phenomenon since the early work of Rayleigh, Langevin and Brillouin has led in last decade to tremendous developments for micromanipulation. Despite extensive this phenomenon, expressions applied particle have so far been derived only steady particle, hence neglecting effect its displacement radiated wave. In we study monopolar source translating at constant velocity small compared sound speed. We demonstrate that asymmetry emitted field resulting from Doppler induces opposite motion.
