Abstract Background N -ethyl- -nitrosourea (ENU) mutagenesis is a useful method for the genetic engineering of plants, and production functional mutants in animal models including mice zebrafish. Grass carp reovirus (GCRV) haemorrhagic disease grass which has caused noteworthy losses fingerlings over last few years. To overcome this problem, we used ENU mutant an attempt to identify resistance genes future hereditary rearing projects carp. Results This study ENU-mutated markers associated with by GCRV. Bulked segregant analysis (BSA) was performed on two homozygous gynogenetic groups who were susceptible or resistant identified 466,162 SNPs 197,644 InDels within genomes these mixed pools total 170 annotated region, 49 non-synonymous mutations at SNP sites 25 frame shift InDel sites. Of mutated genes, 5 randomly selected immune-related shown be more strongly expressed group as compared animals.
