Selected adipocytokine concentrations in patients hospitalized for exacerbated chronic heart failure

Introduction: The role of adipose tissue as energy storage and endocrine organ is an area interest in the treatment several diseases. This study aimed to evaluate blood adiponectin (ADP), leptin, tumor necrosis factor type alpha (TNF-alpha) concentrations, their prognostic value patients with exacerbated chronic heart failure (CHF).
