چکیده
Abstract An underground integrated pipeline corridor is a long-line structure that accommodates various municipal pipelines such as water supply, reclaimed water, storm communication, heat, electricity, and natural gas. Seismic hazard the main factor affecting safety of this important urban lifeline project, so seismic analysis urgent. To end, in paper, based on generalized reaction displacement method, finite element model standard section pipe under action earthquake established, displacement, well internal force response earthquake, obtained. The results show junction between top outer slab key part for shear bending tests, reinforcement span also needs to be focused on. Simulation calculation by physical stochastic paper method more applicable suitable corridor, which lays foundation realizing refined dynamic reliability corridor.

An Investigation of the Seismic Interaction of Surface Foundations and Underground Cavities Using Finite Element Method
In this study, the seismic interaction of surface foundations and underground cavities was investigated. For this purpose, a parametric study of geometric dimensions of the foundation and cavity, their location, and the effect of the interaction between surface foundations and underground cavities was evaluated. The variable parameters include the ratio of the overburden height to the foundatio...
متن کاملAppropriate Loading Techniques in Finite Element Analysis of Underground Structures
Stability of underground structures is assessed by comparing rock strength with induced stresses resulted from ground stresses. Rock mass surrounding the opening may fail either by fracture or excessive deformation caused. Accurate calculation of induced stresses is therefore fundamental in the stability analysis of an opening. Although numerical methods, particularly finite element method, are...
متن کاملOn Finite Element Analysis of Pipe Whip Problems
The nonlinear dynamic finite element solution of pipe whip problems is presented. The finite element modelling used, the step-by-step incremental solution of the nonlinear equations of motion and design considerations are discussed. The influence of various physical parameters on the response of the pipe and the restraint, and the effects of using different finite element models are considered....
متن کاملA boundary element/finite difference analysis of subsidence phenomenon due to underground structures
Analysis of the stresses, displacements, and horizontal strains of the ground subsidence due to underground excavation in rocks can be accomplished by means of a hybridized higher order indirect boundary element/finite difference (BE/FD) formulation. A semi-infinite displacement discontinuity field is discretized (numerically) using the cubic displacement discontinuity elements (i.e. each highe...
متن کاملSeismic reliability analysis of underground pipelines based on probability density evolution method
In this paper, a new approach for the dynamic reliability assessment of finite element modelled underground pipeline structures under earthquake excitations with uncertain parameters is proposed. The approach is established based on the thoughts of the newly developed probability density evolution method, which is capable of capturing the instantaneous probability density function (PDF) and its...
